We’re proud to be recognized as one of the top wedding venues in the Lakes and White Mountain Region; now available on an exclusive and limited basis. We provide you the opportunity for an extended stay allowing you the time to unwind and relax with your guests. At Whiteface Hollow, you’ll have the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences personalized to your own style and vision.

We offer three different packages to fit your planning needs - please inquire for current package pricing:

ESSENTIALS Plus PACKAGE:

  • Exclusive access to this private estate for an extended weekend (Thursday 3pm—Sunday 3pm)

  • Event Barn: accommodates up to 200 guests with ample room for dance floor, Band/DJ and Bar

  • Outdoor Spaces: Choice of several ceremony and cocktail locations with unforgettable scenic and mountain views, vineyard patio, fire pit and 5K nature trail

  • Accommodations for up to 12 for three nights, on-site including Bridal suite. Linens provided.

  • Chairs & Tables: Wooden reception chairs and custom farm tables and banquet rounds

  • Bistro lights inside the Barn

  • Ability to host rehearsal and/or brunch

  • Freedom to choose your own vendors or work from our recommended list

  • Flexibility to accessorize the venue spaces to create your perfect and unforgettable experience

  • On-site parking & restrooms for your event

  • Event insurance

  • Dedicated space for caterer setup

  • Wi-fi

  • Yard games

  • Fire-pit setup

Classic Plus Package:

  • All of the Essentials Plus Package AND:

  • Day of Coordinator

Signature Plus Package:

  • All of the Essentials Plus and Classic Plus Packages AND:

  • Bar tending staff (you provide liquor & drinks)

  • Vineyard tasting room access

  • Cocktail tables

  • Table linens & runners

  • Bridal Party Brunch (for up to 15 the day-of)
